Your domain remains in your name. New website plans have a 12-month initial term, then roll monthly with 30 days’ notice. Once that term is paid, you can take an export of your website without a separate website buyout fee.
Prices cover the stated website and care plan. Domain registration and renewal, business email, premium licences, booking services, e-commerce, photography and translation are extra where needed. Any additional costs are itemised in your proposal before you commit. No VAT is currently charged. Vivaxo is not VAT registered.
Already have a WordPress website?
Website Rescue is £29/month + £99 setup for a suitable existing site. Hosting, backups, updates, monthly form checks and 20 minutes of small changes are included. Rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. Repairs and premium licences are quoted separately after a free initial assessment.
Updates to existing text, supplied photographs, prices or contact details. Local Starter includes 15 minutes, Website Rescue 20 minutes and Managed Website 30 minutes a month. Local Growth includes 60 minutes in total for content and Google Business Profile work, replacing the 30-minute allowance. Unused time does not roll over. New layouts, large rewrites and extra functionality are quoted first.
Vivaxo is designed as an ongoing managed service. If you need a one-off build, ask and I’ll tell you honestly whether it is a suitable fit.
You receive a written proposal showing the scope, costs, responsibilities and initial term. Work starts only after that proposal is accepted.
For new websites, design and launch of the stated pages using your supplied business information and photographs, with two consolidated rounds of changes before launch. Monthly care starts at launch. Rescue setup covers a suitability check and standard migration; repair work, malware removal and replacement licences are quoted first.
New website plans have an initial 12-month commitment; any unpaid balance for that term remains due if you leave early. After that, give 30 days’ notice. Your export includes site files and your content; third-party licences and a new host’s migration work are separate. Rescue is rolling monthly from the start. Your domain remains yours.
