Your domain stays yours. A 12-month initial term, then monthly with 30 days’ notice. Once the initial term is paid, you can take a full copy of your website’s files and content without a separate website buyout fee.

I’ve worked in IT for 18 years and built websites since 2015. I’m based in North Wales and work with businesses across North Wales, from Red Wharf Bay to Mochdre.

What happens before I commit?
We’ll discuss what you need. You’ll receive a written proposal with the scope, costs, responsibilities and initial term before work starts.
What if I already have a website?
You may not need a new one. Website Rescue, my WordPress care plan, looks after suitable existing WordPress sites. I’ll take a first look free of charge; repairs are quoted separately.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly allowance for small changes, such as updating text, prices, contact details or supplied photos. Unused time doesn’t roll over. Larger changes are quoted first. Compare the allowances and full plan details.
What happens if I decide to leave?
New website plans have a 12-month initial term, then roll monthly with 30 days’ notice. Your domain remains yours. Once the initial term is paid, you can take a full copy of your website’s files and content without a separate buyout fee.
Will I pay anything on top of the plan?
Only what’s agreed in your written proposal. Domains, business email, premium licences, booking services, e-commerce, photography and translation are extra where needed, and larger changes are quoted before I start. No VAT is currently charged.
Can my website be in Welsh too?
Yes. Professional human translation is available as a quoted extra.
