Terms and Conditions – Holiday Lodge
Booking Policy
- All bookings are provisional until a deposit is received.
- A non-refundable deposit is required within 4 days of booking to secure your stay.
- Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.
- The remaining balance is payable in full upon arrival, by cash or debit card only.
Pet Policy
- A maximum of one dog is allowed per booking.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause damage or nuisance.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in is available after 3:00 PM on your arrival day.
- Guests must vacate the lodge by 10:00 AM on departure day.
Cleaning and Condition
- Guests are expected to leave the lodge in the same clean and tidy condition as found.
- Additional cleaning charges may apply if the lodge is left in an unacceptable state.
