I look after website hosting for small businesses across North Wales, with backups, maintenance and a person to contact when something needs attention. Hosting is included in my new website plans and the Website Rescue care plan for suitable existing WordPress sites.

What managed website hosting includes.
A working website needs attention after launch. These are the regular hosting and care tasks included in the plans.
Daily backups
Daily website backups as part of ongoing care. I check the existing setup before making changes or moving a site.
Updates and maintenance
Technical maintenance and, for suitable WordPress sites, software and security updates. Premium plugin and theme licences are priced separately.
Uptime monitoring
Monitoring to help spot website availability problems. You have the same person to contact about the hosting and website.
Monthly form checks
A monthly check of the website contact form to catch common problems with customer enquiries.
Small content changes
Each plan has a stated monthly allowance for small changes. Larger jobs are discussed and quoted before work starts.

Moving your existing WordPress website.
If your existing WordPress site is suitable, the WordPress care plan (Website Rescue) includes a suitability check and standard migration for £99 setup, then hosting and ongoing care for £25/month.
The plan includes 20 minutes of small content changes monthly. Repairs, malware removal and premium licences are quoted separately. It is rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.

My pay-monthly website plans include managed hosting from the start, and web design for North Wales businesses covers the design side. Local Starter is £99 setup plus £25/month for a one-page site, with a 12-month initial term.

Before you move your website.
Can you move my website from another host?
I start by checking the site, hosting, domain access and any connected services. A standard migration is included with Website Rescue for suitable WordPress sites; more complex work is agreed and quoted separately.
Is this a hosting-only package?
These prices cover hosting with ongoing website care. Hosting is part of the new website plans or Website Rescue, so updates, backups, form checks and the plan’s small-change allowance are included.
Is business email included?
Domains and business email are priced separately. If you already use an email provider, tell me before a hosting move so its settings can be checked as part of the migration.
Do I have to meet you in person?
No. We work online. You can send your website link and questions by email or through the contact page, and we agree the work before anything is changed.
