Repairs and small jobs
Leaks, dripping taps, toilet and cistern faults, outside taps, replacement radiators: short descriptions that tell a customer you handle their problem.
Websites for plumbers
A clear website for your plumbing business: the jobs you take on, the areas you cover and a quick way for customers to ring or send details. It costs from £99 setup plus £25 a month, including hosting and ongoing care, and the person who builds it is the person who looks after it.
What your site can show
A dripping tap and a new bathroom are very different enquiries. The site can separate quick repairs from larger installation work, so each customer finds the part that applies to them. These are options; your site includes only the work you offer.
Leaks, dripping taps, toilet and cistern faults, outside taps, replacement radiators: short descriptions that tell a customer you handle their problem.
Bathrooms, showers, kitchens and pipework can each have room for photos and a description of how the job usually runs, from first visit to finish.
Boiler servicing, replacements and system work can have their own section. Gas work should only appear if you’re on the Gas Safe Register, with your registration shown so customers can check it.
Say plainly what your hours are. If you do take emergency call-outs, the site can explain when and where. If you don’t, it says so, and you avoid calls you can’t take.
List the towns and villages you travel to, so someone in Rhyl or Llangefni knows whether you’ll come to them before they pick up the phone.
Your own before-and-after photos, reviews customers have genuinely left, and the registrations and insurance you hold. Only what you can evidence goes on.
Calls and enquiries
Someone with water coming through the ceiling wants your number, not a long form. Someone planning a new bathroom would rather explain the job in writing. The site gives each of them a clear route: a tap-to-call link and a short enquiry form.
These plans don’t include online booking or taking payments. If you need either, ask, and the cost is set out in your proposal first.
Two illustrative concepts
Two illustrative concepts, not client websites. The business names are placeholders, and the boxes for registration details, photos and reviews mark where your own would go.
Illustrative concept · not a real business
A single page that lists the repairs and small installations you take on, the areas you cover and how to get in touch. Suits a sole trader who mostly works from word of mouth and wants somewhere to send people.
Pages: Services · Areas covered · Registration · Photos · Reviews · Contact
Suits Local Starter: £99 setup + £25/month.

Separate pages for repairs, bathroom installations and heating, so each kind of customer lands on the right information. The heating page is for a business that holds the registrations that work requires.
Pages: Home · Plumbing repairs · Bathrooms · Boilers and heating · Contact
Suits Managed Website: £199 setup + £49/month.

Your domain stays in your name. New website plans have a 12-month initial term, then roll monthly with 30 days’ notice. Once that term is paid, you can take an export of your website without a separate buyout fee.
Domain registration, business email, premium licences, booking services, e-commerce, photography and translation are extra where needed and itemised in your proposal before you commit. No VAT is currently charged. Vivaxo is not VAT registered. Full prices and terms.
Setup and support
Tell me what work you take on and where you go. I’ll reply myself and recommend a plan.
A written proposal sets out the scope, costs, responsibilities and 12-month initial term. Nothing starts until you accept it.
You provide your services, areas, credentials and photos. I build the site; two consolidated rounds of changes come before launch.
Hosting, updates, backups, uptime monitoring and monthly form checks continue, with a monthly allowance for small changes such as new photos or prices. Support runs during normal working hours.
Where I work: I work with businesses across the UK. Vivaxo is based in North Wales, and the work is done online, so you don’t need to meet in person.

Only if you do. If you cover emergencies, the site can say when and in which areas. If you don’t, saying so up front saves you calls you can’t take. I won’t add a 24-hour claim you can’t keep.
Yes, if you’re on the Gas Safe Register. Your registration details go where customers can see and check them. If you don’t do gas work, the site leaves it out and focuses on the services you do offer.
Yes. Sending new photos, prices or contact details counts as a small change within your monthly allowance. New pages and larger rewrites are quoted before the work starts.
It should make it easier for the right customers to contact you, but I can’t guarantee rankings or a number of enquiries. Results depend on your area, competition, reputation and demand.
