Current use of cookies
Vivaxo uses optional Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Analytics is not loaded until you choose to accept it. The same choice turns on Google Ads conversion measurement. It is not used for remarketing or ad personalisation.
Essential technology
The hosting platform may use strictly necessary security or load-balancing technology to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. The site also stores your cookie choice in browser local storage so it can respect that decision. This is not used to build advertising profiles.
Google Analytics
If accepted, Google Analytics may set _ga and a property-specific _ga_... cookie for up to two years. They distinguish visitors and retain session information so Vivaxo can see aggregate statistics such as page visits, device types and approximate region. With consent, it also counts accepted enquiry forms and clicks on phone and email links. These events do not include the details you type into the form. Google Ads conversion measurement
If accepted, Google Ads may set a _gcl_au cookie for up to 90 days. When you arrive from a Vivaxo ad and send an enquiry, it lets Google Ads count that an enquiry followed the ad click. It does not receive the details you type into the form.
Your choice
You can use the website with essential storage only. You can also reopen the choice panel at any time; choosing essential only removes Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies set by this website.
