Website design, hosting and ongoing care for small businesses and sole traders, with a setup fee and a monthly plan. I build your site and keep looking after it. When something needs changing, you come back to the same person who built it. I’m based in North Wales and work with businesses across the UK, online.

One setup fee, then a monthly price.
Every plan includes the website build, managed hosting and SSL, daily backups and maintenance, uptime monitoring, a monthly check of your contact form and an allowance for small changes. The difference is how many pages you start with and how much help you get each month.

Pay monthly or pay once?
How a pay-monthly website compares.
With a one-off build you pay for the website up front, then arrange hosting, updates and later changes yourself. Paying monthly spreads the cost and keeps someone responsible for the site after launch. Neither is right for everyone.

Monthly cost example: Local Starter is £99 setup plus 12 × £25, so £399 over the first year. After the initial term it continues at £25 a month (£300 a year) at current prices, and you can leave with 30 days’ notice. No VAT is currently charged. Vivaxo is not VAT registered.

Page titles and service-area information on every plan. Managed Website adds Google Business Profile setup help; Local Growth includes ongoing profile work within its allowance.
Changes after launch
15 minutes of small changes each month with Local Starter, 30 with Managed Website, or 60 minutes of content and profile work in total with Local Growth.

What is included in a pay-monthly website?
Your plan covers the agreed website build, managed hosting, SSL, backups, technical maintenance, monthly contact-form checks and a stated allowance for small changes. Page counts and change allowances vary by plan. See the full prices and inclusions, including setup fees, the initial term and separately priced extras.
Are rankings or a number of enquiries guaranteed?
No. I build sound local search foundations and keep improving the site, but results depend on your market, competition, reputation and customer demand.
How are changes requested?
Send a simple support request with the wording, image or business detail that needs changing. The plan allowance covers the stated amount; larger work is agreed before it begins.
Is business email included?
Website email is deliberately kept separate. Professional email should use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for better reliability and account management. I can help with the setup.
Who owns the domain and website?
Your domain is registered in your name. All new website plans start with a 12-month term. Once that term is paid, you can take an export without a separate website buyout fee. After the initial term, give 30 days’ notice to leave. Domains and third-party services are priced separately.
What happens if I cancel?
After the 12-month minimum term, give 30 days’ notice. You keep your domain and can take an export of the site files and your content to move to another host. If you leave during the minimum term, the unpaid balance for that term remains due.
